For the most part, staff training and consulting services can be conducted remotely to anywhere in the United States. On-site temporary staffing coverage requests are assessed on an individual basis.

With over 15 years of experience in advancement and development, Mallory Burgan, CFRE, bCRE-Pro, has partnered with organizations to grow donor pipelines, reimagine annual campaigns, and optimize data systems. She understands the challenges nonprofits face when balancing ambitious goals with limited resources and brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every project.At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when nonprofits have the right tools and strategies in place, they can expand their reach and deepen their impact.Mallory has held professional fundraising roles in grant writing, annual giving, and advancement services at the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, and Friends Select School. When she’s not working, you’ll find her in the garden or curled up with a cat (or two), making progress on her Goodreads challenge.
